At Oswal Organic, we are committed to delivering your natural and organic products promptly and safely. Please note that our free shipping policy will apply only if explicitly specified as part of our promotional campaigns or special running offers.

📋 1. Essential Order Details

A complete and accurate postal address including a valid PIN code, email ID, and contact number is absolutely essential to help us ship your order without any hurdles. Kindly cross-check your PIN code and mobile number carefully before you complete your checkout process.

📦 2. Dispatch and Processing Timelines

  • In-Stock Items: If your ordered organic item is currently in stock, it will be safely packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days.

  • Out-of-Stock Items: However, if some of your ordered items are temporarily out of stock, we will immediately get them produced/replenished and have them dispatched within 10 working days of the order being placed. We will proactively keep you informed via email under such circumstances.

🚚 3. Delivery Timelines and Conditions

  • Our registered courier partners will deliver the shipment to your doorstep between Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

  • Working days strictly exclude public holidays and Sundays.

  • Delivery times are subject to factors beyond our reasonable control, including unexpected transit or travel delays from our courier partners and logistics transporters due to severe weather conditions, strikes, or regional lockdowns.
